Troy encouraged me to compete in two bodybuilding competitions, and he also educated me on the logic behind weight training and clean eating! Today, I have a new outlook on staying healthy and have a much deeper awareness in staying in shape thanks to Mr. Cooper. |
-Reginald I can say working out has been a true inspiration to my life. Not only does working out keep me healthy, but my day to day confidence level is always at a high time peek. I recently got married, and my tuxedo size went from a 36 to a 32 in two months. Not only am I more healthy, but working out cuts down on a lot of my stress. I can tell anyone who is looking to change they’re life working out and eating healthy has kept me feeling better than ever at 41. |
| -Marilyn Since I have been working out under Troy’s instruction, I have noticed inches leaving in areas I thought I could never firm. I recently wore a top that I had not worn in approximately 7 years. There was always a bulge in my stomach that made the top look as if it were too small. Now wearing the top, I have no bulges except in the flattering areas. My body at 54 has shifted from slumped shoulders and sagging breasts to a more pronounced firm body of a 35 year old (a slight age exaggeration). |

| -Juarita Jones As a personal trainer myself, I often found it kind of hard to push myself to the limit so I decided to get a trainer of my own and I was referred to Mr. Troy Cooper. Training isn't something that I do just for the summer to look good in my bikini, for me it’s a lifestyle and something that I take very serious. After working out with Troy non stop for four months straight I saw my body totally transform. I mean I wasn't in bad shape when we started but as I said before I didn’t know how to push myself to the limit, oh but he did and I loved it! I saw definition in places like I had never seen before, my eating habits changed, I wasn’t big on cardio before but now I love the elliptical machine because he taught me the importance of it. Most importantly he made me feel comfortable and confident giving me words of encouragement when I was having a bad day, and answering my calls when I wanted to know what to eat or which protein drink to buy! My overall experience was great and the results were even greater! Thank you so much for pushing me to the limit Mr. Cooper! |
-John I am 60 years old, and started working out with Troy five years ago at Gold’s Gym downtown. The first time I realized Troy was different from other trainers I had used was when he asked me to write down everything I ate for a week., After reviewing it he said I could eat much more than I did! I just wasn’t eating right, He then gave me a meal plan to use, and it works because with Troy it is a process, not a quick fix. Fruits, vegetables, fish; poultry are now just a normal part of my diet. The second thing that differentiates Troy, he truly does care, He is a mentor, supporter, role model and concerned human being, He works hard to make sure you know that you can accomplish any fitness goal you choose. He has completely changed my life style, and it would not have happened if he had not been there every step of the way. It’s true, I lost inches from my waist, my arms, chest, legs and shoulders are bigger and stronger, but to me the biggest change is that a healthy life style is just natural to me. Although I must admit the satisfaction of being stronger and having more endurance than men 20 years younger than me is nice too. I once told Troy I wasn’t looking to get an NFL build, I just wanted to age in a way that I was still enjoying life.
