      Training with Troy has been a life changing experience for me. As I began approaching 31 & noticed my body quickly changing, I knew it was time for me to increase my workouts to the next level. Having gone thru several trainers, I was hoping to receive something different this time, & that I did... Troy not only challenged me to intensify my workouts, but he also believed in me from day 1. He taught me how to eat properly, how important my vitamin & water intake was, & most importantly, how “consistency” is key! In my first 20 days, I lost 7lbs & 2% body fat.

      What I found different & unique about Troy was, he actually cares about each & every one of his clients, & is extremely knowledgeable & passionate about his craft. He continuously sent me motivating quotes, would encourage me to stay focused on my ultimate goal & always applauded my hard work. Not only did I notice an overall change in my body, but I also have more energy, not to mention, a boost in my self esteem! I highly recommend Troy to anyone, both male & female, who isn’t looking for quick results or instant gratification, but looking to change their body & mind...for life! Thanks to Troy, working out & eating healthy are no longer a phase for me, but a healthy lifestyle that I’ve gained. I’ve been “Cooperized”!

      Before I met Troy I heard nothing but great things about him as a trainer. A friend was raving about his results since working out with him and recommends I try him out. I decided to train with Troy after a picture of a client whose body he had transformed. I was blown away! That was all I needed to trust that he knew what it would take to help me reach my goals. After 30 days I lost 2.75 inches from my waist, 3.5 inches from my stomach, and 2.25 inches from my hips, an inch of my thigh, 8% body fat and 13 pounds! After 90 days I had lost a total of 3.5 inches from my waist, 2.75 inches from my stomach, 4.25 inches from my hips, dropped 3.9% body fat, and lost 18.4 pounds!

      Working out with Troy has enhanced my overall quality of life. I physically feel better and that translate to every other aspect of my life. Not only does he teach me how to properly workout, but he also provides me with a meal plan and he doesn't tell me what to do, he educates me and explains why I’m doing it. Troy’s not into quick fixes or diets. He teaches a way of life. He wants you to reach your goals the right way so that you can maintain it. He coaches you on adopting a lifestyle that will keep you healthy for the rest of your life.

      He’s passionate about helping people get and stay healthy and that makes him a great trainer. Not to mention he has a great personality and is extremely fun to train with. He continually pushes me further than I could ever go on my own and that is what gets results. I have lofty fitness goals and I have no doubt that Troy is going to help me get there. His knowledge, passion, and motivation are priceless and I would recommend him to anyone who is serious about committing to a Healthy lifestyle!

      I was first introduced to Troy a couple of years ago after seeing the amazing results of his training regimen in fellow friend Steve Lacy.  After several unsuccessful attempts to get into shape on my own, I made the decision to invest in the single most important aspect of my life; my overall health.  I was told by many that Troy was the best in the business.   And he is.   Because I work an average of 70 to 90 hours a week, we decided that in order for me to remain consistent with a workout schedule, it would be best for me to workout Monday through Friday 5:30a.m. - 6:30a.m.   Almost immediately Troy was able to generate such a huge level of excitement and enthusiasm that I began to look forward to getting up at 4:00am and the hour of "killing myself" and comic relief.  Troy brings a level of passion to his workouts like no other.

        Troy possesses all the components of an outstanding personal trainer to keep me motivated and on target to develop the best body and physical health possible.  Troy is funny, passionate, knowledgeable, and craaaaaazy.    He truly cares about the success of each one of us and you never have to worry about him not telling you the truth.  Troy has this incredible ability to work with multiple clients simultaneously and creates a lighthearted environment while pushing us to physical limits we could only dream of, but not truly obtaining the dream.  What I like best about Troy is his passion and dedication.   When you meet Troy for the first time; he sees a challenge and will go to war to help you to reach your goals.

        Troy doesn't just limit his encouragement to that one hour. He will call, he will visit, and he will give you whatever it takes to keep you on track.  If you listen and give 100 percent, your body will have no choice but to get better.  Troy is as predicable as the sun.  I know before I walk into the gym each morning that I am going to get lots of laughs, possibly some tough love if I'm slipping, and a killer workout.   He is a consummate drill sergeant for one hour a day and the nicest friend you will have.  After 6 months of working out with Troy I can say that I am in the best shape of my life and the compliments on his work continue to roll in.        I have been working with Troy for 4 months and I have seen amazing results. I have never felt stronger or healthier. Troy is passionate about fitness and it shows through the energy and enthusiasm he brings to every session. He places high value in ensuring that I have proper form with each exercise. He motivates me to push past my perceived limits to get results. I have incredible energy; my balance and flexibility have improved tremendously.

       He is fully engaged in each session, teaching and carefully monitoring proper form for each exercise. He clearly possesses a wealth of knowledge which he freely shares.
