    TOTAL BODY WORKOUT

 

Classes are on a first come first serve basis.

Classes include stretching techniques, light weight lifting, flexibility and cardio exercises.


Whether you want to slim down, tone up, improve cardio endurance, increase energy or kick your current fitness level into a higher gear. This is the class for you.


Dates: Monday and Wednesday
 6:30 to 7:30 pm
